Thirio,I looked at the NCM announcement and most of the raising is to pay off their debt - not much left over for investments.
I agree TSG, please do not issue more shares - we have too many already. Wish they would tell us how things are going - we will probably have to watch for interviews and comments in the news. I still beleive something will happen with the Chinese. Frustrating waiting. M.
