    Your calculations take no account of the management of each company. Ashley and Robinson at KZL have always been regarded very highly. Although that doesn't account for the recent under performance of PEM. Having such a lazy balance sheet, esp if the market thinks they might be tempted to spend it at the top of the cycle, might not be regarded so well. Only a wild uneducated guess.
