Yep, that's my take on it. Why wouldn't any bona fide company run the ruler over it. The stuff is in the ground, the "gurus" suggest that the price of Zinc will increase given that demand will outstrip supply in the next few years, the infrastructure is there, the work force is there.
The real thinkers don't operate on a week to week basis, that's left to the people who live from hand to mouth.
