generally I would agree with you, but it also depends on what type of news. If it was just U tenements any type of run would be shortlived, if it was spectacular drill results then we'd start getting all types of posters on here with 'back of the envelope' calculations that would serve to drive the sp further. In saying that we are at a heavy resistance area as can be seen by the build up of sells at 29-30c. Breaking an all time high is going to take some type of impetus, but as soon as it goes it will be on for young and old all eager to get some cheap shares at 20c on the record date (still about a month away). Any decent TA trader will buy on breach of an ath, it's TA law :)

In any case this is a very hard share to read, especially the market depth (most buying comes from offscreen). A week ago we were bemoaning the sp and thinking it would never get above 20c. How quickly things change.
