I think a sensible negotiated payment term would be good for the SP.
But if it was going to happen it would have by now and I don't think L & M would have begun new court proceedings for another $40m albeit that appears unlikely to succeed.
Would not consider any statement from the company over this matter carries much credibility given the circumstances.
Still got a gut feel that L & M's corpereate end game is to receive cheap forced sale assets rather than cash.
BRL not really in great position to negotiate.
