Asking a spin doctor to help stop your head spinning is a bold strategy. It was cleared up last year when @sqe put the question to JW.

They need to have been working on a plan and have all of their ducks in a row, including feed, inputs and finance, and to demonstrate to LPD that the plan is economically viable.

None of that has happened, and it won't happen between now and July.

Even if it did happen, the only impact is that LPD would start to receive royalties when production started up. It doesn't prevent LPD operating in WA if they wanted.

Which they don't want, because it isn't economically viable at the moment, because they need a hell of a lot of acid and an identified feed source.

This is a non-issue being given oxygen by a non-holder making unsupported claims and holders who keep taking the bait.

Listing a licence in an annual report does not in any way, shape or form provide evidence that a company has contributed to said licence or is continuing plans to utilise it.
