Can I just point out that the CN holder makes money when they sell the shares, not convert the shares.

If the CN holder was to lower the price to convert and then instantly sell the shares, then what is the sense of that ?

They do need to lower the price, so they convert and get MORE shares, but then they must hold onto the shares and sell when the share price is HIGHER.

Absolutely no point to this long and winding process if they convert and then sell straight away !


So they get the SP down, convert, then get the SP up, and sell.


If we are all patient, the SP should be going up again.


The whole thing about XPE is that there is so much manipulation going on, so much financial shenanigans, that we are(the SP) all at the whim of these types.

Basically the less of these types around a stock the better.

I count AL as one of these types.

Personally I can only lay low until all the clouds have cleared and see if the tech can deliver on its promises. It is all dependent on that.

Being so far in the red I can only wait to see if that happens.
