L1 Capital has created its own image of gobbling up cash as soon as it gets an opportunity. The SP will not head north as long as the market knows that as soon as they converted the SP will tanked. A number of potential SH are holding off until this scenario is out of the way.
For L1 Capital, they get their profit in the shortest period of time and would not care about the fate of the SP.
