Drilling in L20/50 to be delayed due to heavy monsoonal rains affecting condition of access roads and drilling pads (CVN qtrly). Hope/intention is to start drilling before end Dec '10 if possible but may have to happen in Jan, and will probably extend into Jan even if Dec commencement. Good news is that environmental approvals for 3 wells are all in place (plan remains 1 definite, 2 contingent). I'd think 2nd would be either a sidetrack or other appraisal if 1st is successful but maybe a test of a different trap type. Delay prob explains late sell down today.
