In fact they are tardy with rig progress drilling on L44-F, and testing results on NSE-E4 as well as new production figures at WB Ext-1D after new perforating and comingling.
It's not as if they are not carrying out a lot of work, just that they don't seem to worry about informing the holders what the results are.
