I find it most interesting that Intec does not seem to fit La Jolla's published investing profile. They obviously see something in Intec that others do not. Let's hope their investment foresight will be of significance to all of us.

Company Characteristics
- Established companies with proven business models
- Large customer base with long-standing relationships and high rates of retention
- Identifiable growth opportunities
- Defensible industry barriers to entry
- Strong market positions with respect to competitors
Financial Profile
- Three or more years of profitable growth
- EBITDA ranging from $500,000 to $5 million
- EBITDA margins exceeding 10%
