I thought that the company took on LJ for fast money actually?
Maybe this is entirely a perception thing...a judgement call on whether the relationship is a desperate or convenient one.
I go for the convenient one.
I figured that he company might be launching or lobbying in the USA, seeing as we had an agreement with LJ for them to push our product there, so to speak, as part of the convertible notes arrangement.
What do you think? (or anyone else?)
