    i think they are selling as much as they can and they are propping up the SP.

    a top40 will reveal if they are holding or not.

    i dont believe they are a strategic holder as we have yet to see any proof as such and based on there dealings with other companies, and as you said, they are the last source of capital when funds dry up.
