la jolla, winter and operations

Looking a the current price, i am wondering if La Jolla have the capacity to convert yet?
I figure that this could be a likely reason for the drop in price from where it was a couple of weeks of trading ago.

A lot of people have been pumped to believe that this would stay high in light of possibly good events and the opposite has occurred. Did anyone get a timeline for the good events and if so, is it a possibility that La Jolla could stifle growth in the short term?

Personally, i don't think anything can happen for MAE in these months - just as it has been generally for the last 4 or 5 winter periods in the Rockies, where no one can turn a bolt (as Kiwi puts it) due to the cold...and due to access issue that a snow-cat or trucks just can't overcome.

If operations have started on the well work over program, then what is being done in this sort of weather and how is it actually possible? This Q may be a good cross-examination of managements claims of workover program having commenced.
I say this because their own announcements stated that such a program could not actually commence until they were given the final OK to use the new water disposal well - and that OK has not yet been granted by the Authorities.

So therein lies a factual anomaly, going by the companies announcements alone.

It would not be good to learn that La Jolla have the capacity to convert at a discount while the price is so low and in the absence of any activities bringing there share buoyancy.
It would be much better for buoyancy if the company had something to announce just around the corner to pick up the price - as CGWhi1 alludes to - purely to counter any low priced conversions that La Jolla may be entitled to and perform.

Again, these questions beg: What work is being done, By how many people is it being done, and what assurances does the company have that La Jolla won't stifle possible growth if it comes?

These things may be swaying investors decisions on what when will be vitally good or vitally bad timing to invest/if they choose to.

    Cheers

    L
