That is advice for weak companies to live by, but TNR are very pro-actively chasing a very promising resource that actually exists.

Although we might all have preferred if TNR has been able to finance its current operation through exercised options, that ship sailed when the options expired.

Also keep in mind that each subsequent small parcel of financing will convert to shares at the SP when it's taken up, and they are under no obligation to take up the whole deal. If the SP starts rising and better sources of finance become available, then La Jolla may very well find the remainder of their note un-exercised.

So, stop panicking / fear-mongering (whichever it is you are doing).
