I reckon management made a serious mistake when they decided to go with La Jolla. This approach is driving down the SP as others previously commented on. They would have done better with a rights issue like the previous management did from time to time.
The risk is if the Madagascar venture turns out to be a flop then they probably have no option but to liquidate.
