have to feel that Matsa is off the table now with their tie up with the Chinese but if FML where looking at M&A activity maybe La Mancha would be a good merger prospect and open up the posibilty of duel listings in Canada, Frankfurt and the ASX. More exposure is surely not a bad thing?
Its very unlikely but now that Avoca essentially has their hands on DIO is there the possibility that they will try and get more companies in the area, with Focus and Integra being possible targets? (as well as RMS).
One of the big concerns is that Focus does not have a large amount of insto investors that will be able to block a T\O from a hungry predator however i hope that the retail investors that do hold are able to see through a cheap offer if one does arise
