I read earlier from some article saying La Mancha sees their share of Frog's Leg as a non-core asset. Thus if AVO was to take DIO, they would obtain a option to take La Mancha's 51%.
Thus La Mancha would not be interested in DIO. But if its shares were up, if it mean someone is interested buying their share of Frog's Leg. But if it was a non-core asset, thus a small asset, how can it possibly have material impact on their shares. (eg. like if LGL sold Ballarat would probably have a small impact on LGL's SP, as the writedown costs have already taken into consideration, prior to the buyer purchasing it.)
