definitely before 150days!
I think how GGE has handled this la posada drill is perfect. If they drill ahead of schedule it will have a positive or at least a neutral effect of the SP. Where as if they said it would take say 70 days, and it end up taking them 100 i.e. there's a delay, it will have a negative effect of the SP. I think the fact they've said it will take 150 days (overestimating) is a smart play as far as the effect on SP.
In an ideal world: Drilling completes ahead of schedule + positive results = Rocket under SP
