Hello Cara, some of my views:-

La Punta 1 field On average basis over the year.

100 bbls/d x 260 working days per year = 26,000 bbls/y
26,000 bbls x usd $60 (average) = $1,560,000
Life of Field?

La Punta 2 field (This is all speculation) My into the future drilling success as follows:-

a) If first dip successful and flows 3000 bbls/d * 8.28%
= 248 bbls/d x 260 working days per year = 64,480 bbls/y
64,480bbls x usd $60 (average) = $3,868,800

b) If second dip successful and flows 1200 bbls/d*25.76% = 309 bbls/d x 260 working days per year = 80,340 bbls/y
80,340 bbls x usd $60 (average) = $4,820,400

Total return after success on second well $10,249,200
This is achievable within 2 years.

BUT alot of IFS!! So bring it on!

Dont forget Mali.....This is going to be big!!!! I fully support bkp raising more capital by issueing 100 million shares at 0.20 cents. This will give them the 20 million (less fees) for which will pay there way for the up coming drilling program in Mali. This will begin early in 2009.

If you think inp is big, wait to you the 1 billion + oil flowing from Mali.

As i always say, if you hav'nt got foresight then the stock market is not for you.
