    Do you really believe Inst's will pay 20 cents a Share ? why? the SP can't even get out of the 12 cent slot !
    Any talk of a capital issue would be a disaster, the SP would sink.
    what this stock needs is some big on market buyers to lift it back into the 15 cent slot. Sorry to sound so negative.
