    ... and changes tack.

everyone criticises Bowen. there are good reasons. but its not just Bowen failing in his job but the entire Gov front bench.

GHG emissions is the primary target for managing the energy transformation, yet they have failed to curb emissions.

"Both the Productivity Commission and the OECD have been urging the government to dramatically expand the Safeguards Mechanism, which currently only applies to big polluters emitting more than 100,000 tonnes a year of greenhouse gases.". ..... and why have they failed to do so? too scared to risk being called an economy wrecker by doing so.

the Albanese Gov has been described by some as "gutless", and now I agree. Why haven't they prosecuted the argument that the country needs to reduce emissions? Why have they continued to grant new and extended coal and gas licences when curtailing new exploration and mining is vital?

After 9 years of failed Lib Gov I really thought we would see some real action on GHG emissions, but after 18 months of dithering they've shown themselves to be no better than the Do Nuttin' mob.
