    Interesting subject Pint. I've done some quick reading up on it and seems like there's a few different countries pursuing this option. From what I've seen and read it's a few years at least away from being cost effective and also taste effective? I doubt in the next decade it will replace a big juicy fillet, but will certainly have potential in the patty / sausage/ stir fry /pet food markets. As with most things it's the bit that makes it taste good which is the worst for us...in this case fat, they need to replicate that taste. A very worthy endeavour if you consider animal welfare and climate.
