but then when interest rates fell under the Morrison mismanagement of the economy, down to abnormally low rates - "emergency level" - people saw an advantage to borrow enormously and this caused the housing price bubble...... which Morrison pushed harder at as they neared the 22 election. deliberately encouraging new home buyers.
