this is the pre pump announcment imo ... before any farm in and further cap raising ... and is effectively buttering up shareholders for the buy in.

that's my take on it given their history anyway.

and generally yes i am uncomfortable when a director vends in a project and maintains control of the project. if BSN takes on the investment who will Pat really be working for? 30% for BSN and 70% for his own interests? I would like to see strictly escrowed 'arrangements' around any acquisition of director related assets eg. 3-5 years with hurdles, not 12 month garbage either. then we'll see who the directors are really working for

just my thoughts out loud ceh, nothing suggested about fudging results or that today's announcement is nothing but true. It's what is not told to the market that I try to figure out. My thoughts apply to all spec stocks at this end, not just BSN, and apologies for any hint of sceptisism around what people do at this end of the market given their history and what i think is a pretty lax set of rules surrounding disclosure, independence, etc from the ASX and subsequent follow up by ASIC.
