What I don't get is that if BSN are going to execute their option to buy in of course they will need to do a capital raising. How else are they going to pay for it? It's not sinister nor a sign of great financial wisdom that they will, inevitably, do a capital raising. Either to buy this asset or something else in the future, these directors or the next, there will be a capital raising. Isn't that the whole purpose of the stock market? To allow companies to raise capital and investors to get exposure?
i think whoever dipped their hand in the graphite should apply to be a hand model.
and i also like the 'perspective' they tried to bring to the rock sample sizes ...... usually it's a pen, ruler, pick, gps device etc ..... these guys used a tractor lol page 2 - is that a JCB sponsored product placement agreement that had to be met?! too funny.
either that is the worlds smallest digger, or the worlds largest hand and rock sample ...... hehe
