... consolidation does not affect the overall value of your share portfolio ....

... however it does make the management and trading of shares much easier to manage ...

.... and takes out the perception of  massive numbers of shares on offer ....

.. it just reduces the number of shares on offer which are proportionally adjusted with the price ...

a quick example .

ie  if we had 1,200,000  SEG shares valued @ $0.01 ..... my total share value would be $12,000

.... if it was consolidated as you say at a ration of 30 : 1 - you divide both sides

.... therefore  my 1,200,000 shares would be divide by 30 and become only 40,000 SEG shares

.... but each share will be 30 x more in value ... $0.30

so my NEW consolidated portfolio would now be  40,000 SEG shares @ $0.30 = $12,000 ( exactly the same as above ) ...
