A couple of things to note here.
3DNA & Mix&Go have application to mutual application fields, however 3DNA is in practice hubbed to protein detection. When Genisphere say up to 100 fold improvement - "up to" is the operative. This is from their patent. "In some embodiments, 3DNA Dendrimer assay is 16 fold more sensitive than anti-hCG gold standard assay, and ~ 32 fold more sensitive than biotinylated anti-hCG SA-gold standard assay." That's using the gold standard assay = $$$$$$. Given the head start and vast resources in DNA Dendrimers work has had (since at least 1978) one would expect a bit more traction in the market - quite poor in comparison to Mix&Go. Watch this space - maybe not if your ADDT - we are on bio-time after all.
