When creating a new market segment never before thought possible do you
a). Create an average product low sensitivity like everyone else and promise better versions in the future?
b) create a best in class product nobody else can match and tell the world you have it before you launch
c) create a best in class product and pretend like it's just average and then drop a bombshell that it's better than anything ever offered before on launch
Philips were not born yesterday!! Food for thought ... We need to think from both tech POV and marketing POV.. They cannot release something that is already on the market .. Eg IStat .. No marketing story if no difference to existing devices
