But if that's not enough Funding is umbrellaed by the Information and Communication Technologies Policy Support Programme ie: for "European citizens, governments and businesses, in particular SMEs". So in the best view, Anteo would be for the want of a better term "Sub-contractors" in the project - but we don't know the devilish details do we.
As an aside, I don't think Geoff would hose down the possbility of "full" inclusion in the Benelux "limited Regional" edition - but more particularly considering possible SP ramifications while undertaking a M&A Rights Issue in parallel.
