Lab2Go, Minicare, Scienion... ADO..., page-6

BB you have done a lot of good work of late on the ADO thread, and I want to thank you. Please don't take what follows as criticism as it is not personal it is my thoughts on POC1.

I think it is dangerous for us to assume that we are on release 1 of minicare and that, as Smilez has mentioned on another thread, if we are not on it then there is no point.

For starters, I highly doubt we are on release 1. But this is OK as the company will continue to iterate and nehance their product, either from a better results perspective, or a cost perspective, and thats where we will come in. In the long time that POC1 has taken to develop this device, they have long lost the bulk of their first user advantage. So they will now want the absolute best product in a market that is seeing more and more activity. Enter ADO!

Creating an expectation that we are on release 1 may cause for a huge backlash amongst retail investors and invite a whole host of 'i told you so-ers' if we are not on the initial device. Keeping expectations low is probably best.

Finally, IMO, 18 months ago we were so dependent on POC1 that if we weren't on the initial device or on it at all, I would have labled that as catastrophic. Since then, ADO has nicely matured and with the diasource acquisition looming I think we are in a position that POC1 shouldn't have too much of an impact. We have a strategy that is made up of 6 pillars, POC1 is only a single initiative in ONE of those 6 pillars. Cook medical has already shaped to be bigger than POC1 and is running much faster and its an all Aussie affair.

Keep up the good work, since the birth of babyZ we have not had much sleep nor time to investigate and coming on these threads and finding amazing people who do all the hard work and share it with you is an absolute blessing Thanks again
