If 100% of citizens had representation and their representative reflected their views 100% of the time, we would not need elections, we just all 100% of us go to Canberra when there is to be a vote.
C'mon. Get real,what we have isn't bad in the lower house but the Senate is a hopeless mess because they tried to make it too representative.
