Thank you. I held on until this moment - another reason for, like you put it - jumping out... is because there are better options now in the mkt with the rising interest rate environment. There are risk-free instruments (which are safer than this income-dividend play) which, though, may not earn as much today but with the way things are happening, will eventually catch-up as interest rates continue to rise.
The game becomes different in this environment, and with the additional risk of franking credits coming under jeopardy at one time or another, you shld think like I do too. I'm not here to sound good in a chat forum.
