Point being is that Dunkley will decide whether Labor's policy change, which lets face it - was to buy more votes from a larger percentage of voters has any impact. If there is a swing to the Coalition of anything near 4-5% then Labor needs to re-assess their strategy of what they need to do in order to win the next election as maybe playing Santa will have no impact.
