Why: well if people are truly worried about CO2 emissions and want a solution in the now they need to be banging on the door of the Chinese embassy. And that goes for the Pacific Island leaders because saying Australia 'bad', China 'good' (i.e. Animal Farm revisited) doesn't cut the mustard. So to the Greens, you need to start protesting outside the Chinese embassy if you really want change.
