Jeeps if you're not a follower of gold then it's very hard to jump on at the right time ,but you certainly should have a small portion in your PF .TRY is the one that's massively undervalued . DRM and PIR are the other two I really like but TRY will be bombproof in terms of earnings imo.

For the SMSF there's no harm in having 3-5% in a couple of gold stocks .NCM is in all likelihood near its lows ,and maybe a small stake of one other.

But even though I personally chase them up and down I wouldn't be taking any significant bets on gold atm ,I actually don't mind the action on it with lots of smaller gyrations ,but it's only a personal opinion
