If you don’t pay tax you don’t pay tax Simple as that. The 30% tax taken from your dividend before you got it should be returned to you. If the government wants to tax dividends at the individual marginal rate and not the company rate then this is so obvious. Those on higher personal marginal tax rates pay more than 30%. You can’t have it both ways!
