when I was young I was involved in a union dispute with workers the supervisors were in the union and used to promote their members people who were not close to the union got no where, even if they had been working at the hospital for years, some 10 years so the workers went on strike against the health union it really got ugly Like they were talking about pulling knives on each other etc eventually, the workers won and union supervisors got transfered somewhere
