I think the budget is good, probably Swan's best (admittedly not much quality to choose from).
I like the fact he is funding public transport in Melbourne, a stark contrast to Abbott's more roads model, and the abolition of the baby bonus.
Swan is quite entitled to make a budget for the future, at this moment he is in government and he is the Treasurer.
