I think you need to have a better grasp of power generation in Africa before you assume coal will play a big role in its industrialisation. I’ve traveled particularly well in Eastern Africa and the amount of Hydro electricity generated as well as the potential to upscale is way too huge for them to consider coal imports. Just have a quick glance at the current hydroelectric dam being built by Ethiopia as an example. Do you suppose that is a country, along with its neighbours, who will look at coal imports in your opinion. When you say Africa, can you be more specific of which countries you have in mind as I cannot see any that would go down that route.
