    You may well turn out to be right. However I am looking at the future and especially the prediction that Africa's (AS A WHOLE) population will increase from 1.5b currently to around 4b by 2050 with the attendant industrialisation. Good luck with hydro in that scenario. I have held the view that at some point we will have developments in the energy industry from the left field which will give us unlimited cheap energy. Absent that, coal will be the source of the power required IMO. You can absolutely forget wind/solar!
