Investors getting mixed signals from the Government makes Telstra a hard sell. Australia is now seen as big Sovereign risk since incompetent labour got in. Telstra is see as one of biggest in Oz. Not like BHP or the banks which can move operations and capital offshore at any time to avoid taxes.
