Under Australian law, you cannot make claims that are false and detrimentally induced consumers to buy your product at inflated prices.

The ALP Government must uphold that unless Labor wants to pile unfair costs on consumers from Telstra.

If Labor does that, every other company, even Telstra’s potential target, AGL, would do that as well.
