You seem to ignore lots of information about the benefits of the NBN and the benefits to Telstra and Telstra Shareholders.
You use slogans and words that should be used on placards at rallies or picket lines.
Like Nationalized, Monopoly, Higher Prices, Mandate Connections, Socialist, Theft, Basket weavers, etc.
You cannot use the argument that because you paid more for Telstra than it was worth at the time, that someone owes you.
You are an investor, surely you have made good and bad decisions in your investments. Do you always feel that someone owes you when you get it wrong.
There was NEVER any guarantee that regulation would not affect Telstra, nor that a new network would not be built.
Keep in mind that if Telstra built the network, then there would not have been a need for the NBN.
I understand that you are angry and do not like Labor, and believe that Telstra has been hard done by.
But in the reality of the real world, Telstra was always going to have issues with the governments of the day (Labor and Liberal), the ACCC was always going to restrict Telstras pricing.
It does not matter what has happened in the PAST, there is a way Telstra can escape the restrictive legislation and controls that have plagued Telstra and the shareholder for the last decade.
The NBN will give Telstra CASH, and FREE Telstra from the restrictive controls that has stifled Telstras GROWTH for way too long.
You seem to believe that by keeping the uncertainty going as per the Liberal plan, that it would be good for Telstra and Telstra Shareholders.
____________________________
I believe that the NBN is good for Australia and that it is good for Telstra and Telstra Shareholders.
You believe that the NBN is bad, and that the Liberals will fix Telstra and the Telecommunications industries woes.
Cheers
