To get a pass from as a decent CEO (and not just a DEI hire) would Vicky have needed to almost double the TLS share price in the past 33 months (from $3.94 to $7.40)?
Your judgement on Vicky (at least at this stage) seems a little harsh to me.
For the record I don't like companies recent DEI obsessions either.
But I do acknowledge that sometimes (and only sometimes) the best person for the job is not the stereo-typical candidate.
