The deal is a bad deal for TLS and could even fall through. DAZN has not posted its 2023 results as yet and Sir Len Blavatnik has been known to have been taking money off the table with DAZN CEO Shay Segev almost inflexing away from existing deals.
The financing may fall thru and FoxTel as a legacy media asset may become even more worthless and loss producing than it is today.
Subscriber base, dwindling as it is, will dwindle further and it will not be worth anything.
