Thats just not right . The platform is a 60/40 split. Testra having the 40%. Its a joint venture, however TLS retains ownership of its data. It is a massive consolidation of Testra's previous engagement with AI. It is a very significant undertaking in the context of the huge infrastructure build Telstra is committed to.
