I will just repeat,tls has proven it can't run businesses beyond connectivity.Even connectivity imo their capex allocation is the same as the way govts spend money.
Having said that ,i'll state the obvious tls has the deep pockets ,market share to expand with acquisitions. The big but they still don't understand if they make an acquisition leave management/founders in place.
This was proven like it or not by Trujillo with his brilliant purchase of sou fun and autohome resulting in approx $10 billion capital gains plus divs.until they were sold by thodey and penn. Founders were left in place with lge holdings approx between 30% and 45% whatever. I read about plenty of quality Australian co's requiring finance to establish scale,where is tls?Same applies to global co's with potential for tls to get involved with.
