Are you reading what you're writing? It's the same tax rules we all use now. I've always seen it as welfare for investors who by and large aren't poor. However, strangely enough, I am but one vote and have been unable to change the tax system.

Odd logic you use suggesting some kind of generational inequity if we don't continue handing out tax perks which are dumping government debt onto our kids.
