2. you do not want excessive wage growth when you are trying to bring down inflation the current ALP measures but been sighted by the RBA govener (who ill note Albo and Jim appointed) as the main reason inflation is expected to remain above target for another 6 months

Im not against increasing the wages of Childcare workers they got a hard job and are under paid when you consider some bloke holding a sign in Victoria is making $70 an hour

to ALP credit the changes to stage 3 tax cuts have been viewed favorably by voters helping some of my above points but it is also far more inflationary then the orginal proposal so the arguement could be made the average person is probably worse off but ill give the ALP the benefit of the doubt and say it was a broken promise but one of the more acceptable solutions
